Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at homevybs@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer either a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
Change of Mind Returns In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact us at homevybs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: as our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed once we have confirmed the return with our supplier.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
